You’re used to seeing the Vizio brand at your local Walmart. They were usually the undercut brand that always beat out the larger brands in price. Now they are up and coming these days with more products to compete with bigger brands such as Apple and Samsung. A year ago, they didn’t make laptops. Now it’s all you see in the tech world.

The Vizio laptop is an all metal design supporting a minimum resolution of 1600 x 900 as well as a solid state drive. And that’s just the lowest model which goes for $900 with a 14inch screen, Core i3 processor, four gigs of RAM and a 128GB SSD.

It’s fairly light at 3.39 pounds and rests comfortably on the lap. On the side, you’ll find two USB 3.0 sockets, HDMI-out and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes with a built in HD web cam and microphone.

Despite never creating a laptop for the public before, Vizio has done a great job in producing something with such great quality, beautiful screen, solid built and a completely clean version of Windows. Going head to head with HP and Dell, they were able to create something even better than some of their top lines.
